First place we called for a quote. Mikhail provided the best service so deciding on this company was a no-brainer. Didn't know how much time was needed to get one ... also didn't know how costly it can be. It's not my favorite thing to have strangers come over and it stresses our dogs out. We did get a second quote from a competitor, but the price was more than we thought. Mikhail had nothing bad to say about the competitor, in fact, said good things about their products. We do plan to stick with him to get our front door done. All around good vibes, professional, exceptional service and extra bonus points that our dogs didn't mind a new person in our house.
